Davies Stewart is recruiting for a Sales Representative specialising in Preventative Maintenance Contracts.
You will be part of a dynamic team at a leading HVAC+R company that excels in repairs, servicing, new system installations, and design.
We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Representative dedicated to selling preventive maintenance contracts, fostering strong client relationships, and working closely with the contracts team.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to sell preventative maintenance contracts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction.
Work with the quotes team to gather necessary details and develop accurate, competitive quotations.
Present quotations and proposals to clients, addressing any questions or concerns to secure contracts.
Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.
Provide regular feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the HVAC+R industry or a related technical field (associated trade services).
Strong understanding of HVAC+R systems, preventative maintenance, and associated services.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
Established network within the industry is highly advantageous.
Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to clients.
Demonstrated initiative and a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Maintains a high level of professionalism and integrity.
