The business has over 550 employees across Melbourne, Sydney, and New Zealand with a blueprint for further growth this year.Role Location - MelbourneRole Type - Contract (Hybrid)Role Purpose:As a Salesforce Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with development, product management, and other QA team members to design and execute test plans, identify and document defects, and ensure the delivery of high-quality CRM solutions. Your expertise in Salesforce or similar CRM systems like Siebel CRM, combined with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a CRM QE or Salesforce QE, will be critical to your success in this role.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce implementations.Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure the quality of Salesforce solutions.Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to understand requirements, identify test scenarios, and troubleshoot issues.Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback from a QA perspective.Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance overall product quality.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Quality Engineer or CRM Quality Engineer.Strong experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems like Siebel CRM.Proficiency in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, QTP, TestComplete).Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.Experience working with OmniStudio.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Salesforce certification(s) (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) is a plus.Preferred Skills:Experience with API testing and tools like Postman or SoapUI.Knowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo).Express your interestWe encourage all diverse, suitably qualified candidates with valid Australian working rights to apply.
