The Role As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for developing and configuring applications to meet timelines.
Although the roles are aimed at the Consultant level for resources that have Salesforce Development and implementation experience we would also invite those who are a little more senior that have Solution Design experience to apply.
The role is aimed at the Consultant and Team leader level and unfortunately won't extend to those needing Manager or above level Salary Packages.
The resourc will need to be based in Sydney and have current working rights for Australia.
What you'll do daily Develop and deploy custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs .
Use your problem-solving and analytical skills for resolving requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions Maintain effective client relationships, delivering timely and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify and report and mitigate technical and project risks.
Collaborate and manage the team to perform and be responsible for team decisions.
At the client place, engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
Mandatory - Build Enablement, Salesforce Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce API with Master proficiency are suggested skills.
An expert level of proficiency in Salesforce Apex Programming Language is recommended.
DevOps & CI/CD Pipelines (Preferred) : Experience with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Salesforce DX for continuous integration and deployment.
Data Management & Security: Strong understanding of data management tools and security models in Salesforce, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, and Field-Level Security.
Integration Tools & Middleware: Experience with Salesforce integration tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.
Salesforce Certifications (Preferred but not required): Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or related certifications.
Knowledge and Experience – nice to have Design (solution) experience What else we need from you Innovate, coming up with creative, robust and quality solutions to customer problems.
