Salesforce Regional Leader

The Regional Lead is focusing primarily on the success of our customers in the long term in the region.
The right candidate will build positive client relationships (measured by NPS) before, during.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Building a trusted relationship with Salesforce in the region.
Driving growth in existing and new accounts.
Managing engagements with customers.
Providing pre-sales expertise on specific deals.
Ensuring that projects are successful (revenue, margin, CSAT).
Working closely with customers and the Carnac project managers to ensure that projects are delivered effectively and following the project methodology.
Identifying opportunities for improvement with customers to deliver additional revenue to VISEO.
Engaging with different teams at various levels of a business, including senior leadership, requiring strong communication and excellent organizational skills.
PROFILE :
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
10+ years' experience in a large consulting environment.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce as Lead or Project Manager.
6+ years of prior experience leading projects built on integration platforms, preferably Salesforce, or any CRM Technology/Platform.
Expert business development skills as well as managing relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
Expert communication (verbal and written).
Expert business operations (e.g., invoicing, SOWs, margins, utilization).
Skilled at managing multiple clients.
Excellent mentoring and leadership skills.
