$1,000-$1,100 + SuperWFH FlexibilitySeeking an experienced Salesforce Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of Salesforce products for a leading University in Sydney. You will collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and other cross-functional teams to define and prioritise features, manage the product backlog, and ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities
• Product Ownership:
o Define and prioritise the product backlog based on business needs, user stories, and technical requirements.
o Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for improvement.
o Create and maintain detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature documentation.
o Ensure alignment between business goals and Salesforce capabilities.
• Agile Scrum Delivery:
o Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
o Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and remove obstacles to ensure timely delivery.
• Salesforce Capability:
o Configure and demonstrate Salesforce to meet business needs.
o Configure and troubleshoot user profiles, permissions, and security settings.
o Maintain data model, integrity and report on data quality
o Stay informed about Salesforce updates and new features.
• Financial Reporting:
o Collaborate with finance on project reporting requirements.
o Ensure accurate resource utilisation data capture and reporting for product budget tracking.
• Scope and Stakeholder Management:
o Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
o Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
o Manage expectations and ensure alignment between business needs and project deliverables.
o Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirements gathering sessions.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Salesforce Certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Product Owner/Senior Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong skills in JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools.
• Experience with financial reporting and data analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
