About the Role: Champion the Salesforce ecosystem for Dairy Australia as the Salesforce Product Owner.
Enhance customer relationship insights and experience, optimise business processes and accelerate user adoption.
Your strong ability to influence, engage and collaborate across our organisation will ensure Salesforce is effectively enabled to support the delivery of key strategic initiatives that will contribute to a sustainable and profitable dairy industry.You will be the go-to Salesforce contact in the organisation and be the conduit between users and the IT team, translating stakeholder needs and technical information into everyday language.
You will embrace agile methodologies to ensure delivery against our requirements.
Our experienced IT team are the technical owners of Salesforce, and you will lead the development of the Salesforce Roadmap and backlog, being responsive to a range of stakeholders and diverse priorities across strategic initiatives.A key focus in the role will be to drive end-to-end Salesforce product development, ensuring that quality data and insights is a priority, as well as maximising adoption and proficiency of users across our organisation.Our ideal candidate: We believe in equality.
