We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator and Platform Manager for a technology brand based in Melbourne. The business has been using Salesforce for several years and is currently updating and enhancing new features and rolling them out to new business units.
You will effectively be the Salesforce champion in the business, working on a mix of new project work and support. You will work with the business to understand current processes, provide ideas and input on streamlining and improving processes, work with key stakeholders to provide training and perform all configurations on the platform. The ideal candidate will have experience across sales and service cloud, have implemented third-party applications, and have strong business acumen
Key Responsibilities:
Work with business and IT stakeholders as primary Systems Administrator for Salesforce environment with 100 users.
Proactively monitor usage of the Salesforce Platform, raising areas of improvement and enhancement that can improve business processes and the customer experience.
Gather new business requirements and enhancement requests, critically evaluate and prioritise according to business needs and platform roadmap objectives.
Identify opportunities for process automation and business process improvement, utilising process builders, approval processes, and validation rules.
Ensure technical change management documentation is kept accurate and up to date, including enhancements and upgrades.
Participate in the training of end users and leaders to ensure that new working methods are adopted and embraced to meet implementation success metrics.
Measure and monitor adoption and success metrics, raising potential risks and concerns with business unit leaders and product owners.
To be successful:
Relevant experience as a Salesforce Administrator on sales and service cloud
Experience managing relationships with multiple stakeholders across different business units
Experience developing training material and delivering training
Experience implementing third party apps like Conga/DocuSign
Demonstrated ability to think, plan and mobilise to act strategically
Ability to initiate, monitor and review projects and activities in line with organisational plans
