Salesforce Omni Studio Developer - Technical Lead (Australia-Geelong)

As a Salesforce Omni Studio Developer, you'll play a crucial role in developing applications in the assigned area of responsibility on CRM and peripheral systems with minimal guidance from a Lead Architect / Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Customize and configure Salesforce Omni studio components, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Omni studio development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.Ensure code quality, maintain standards, and follow best practices.Technical Skills and Experience: Proficiency in developing guided journeys using Omni scripts, Data Raptors & Integration components using Integration Procedures in Omni studio, and custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.Ability to use Git for version control and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with DocuSign or other e-signature tools for document management. (Preferred) Exposure to document generation tools such as Omni Studio or DocuSign. (Preferred)Understanding of the Salesforce Discovery Framework for efficient requirements gathering. (Preferred)Qualification & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II) are a plus.
