Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud Functional ConsultantA Salesforce Certified Non-Profit Cloud Consultant designs and deploys solutions that support customer business processes and requirements using Salesforce applications. The consultant has experience designing solutions using the Non-Profit Cloud functionality and can lead the implementation of these solutions within a customer organization.RESPONSIBILITIES:Able to review and understand as-is processes within any business. Based on that information, suggest a more efficient model and workflow process.Liaise with stakeholders to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the organization, and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.Translate requirements, changes in requirements, and clarifications regarding the logic of the reports to the development team.Prepare various business documentation namely process maps, user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support & training users.Ensuring client solution requirements are understood and met by applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of the Salesforce platform to design optimal client solutions.Creating and delivering innovative, client-focused Salesforce solutions through team leadership, strong teamwork, initiative, and collaboration.Leading the delivery of assigned client projects and contributing at all stages of project delivery in accordance with Viseo Delivery Methodology standards.Providing clear visibility on the status of in-practice projects underway and planned.Provide functional expert and authoritative advice, guidance, and training within the areas of service and providing leadership in continuous improvement of delivery practices and adhering to CDM standards.Developing and maintaining relationships with client stakeholders throughout a project to maintain and develop the business relationship, ensure satisfaction with services provided, and identify opportunities for further growth.Liaising and working with technology teams and vendors to ensure alignment between technical and functional specifications and business objectives and to identify areas to reduce implementation efforts.PROFILE:Bachelor's degree in IT/ Computer Science.At least 6 years' experience in a similar role.Salesforce configuration and development experience.Minimum 5 years of IT project delivery/consulting experience.Minimum 2 years of Salesforce.com (SFDC) systems implementation experience (Service Cloud and Sales Cloud).Experience working with iterative and agile methodologies.Data migration experience.Salesforce configuration experience.Non-Profit Cloud Certified.Expertise in fundraising and program management.One or more Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud certifications, or similar Salesforce ecosystem certification.Background with architecture concepts (integration styles, architecture styles, patterns).Deep understanding of and experience with SFDC architectural concepts (e.g., API and governor limits) and how they influence design.Preference for certification in Project Methodology (PRINCE2 or Agile).PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:Proven success in leading and contributing to a team-oriented environment.Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.Drive to learn more and convey expertise to those around them.
