Salesforce Functional Consultant (Managed Service) By Erika on 4th October 2024 A Consultant is accountable for gathering, analysing and interpreting information from clients to understand business processes, pain points, business needs and customer experiences to deliver Salesforce based solutions that leverage the most out of the Salesforce platform.

About You: Are you the "roll-up-your-sleeves" kind who is always willing to take on new and/or bigger challenges? Are you an ardent learner who's always looking to improve? Are you a Mav3rik? Key Responsibilities: Provide input to projects estimate specific to a declarative part of system design.
Support facilitation of workshops and conduct requirements gathering sessions, including review of existing processes, systems, documentation.
Proficient in documenting as-is business processes and pain points, and designing to-be processes that address pain points.
Adept in translating requirements into user story definition.
System configuration and customisation of solution on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Experience Cloud, in line with solution design.
Knowledge of implementation best practices and work along with the rest of the team to build /configure the Salesforce solution.
Contribute to solution design while working alongside Solution and Technical Architect(s) and other team members.
Identification of different use cases and test scripts specific to captured user requirements.
Develop and facilitate Train the trainer sessions.
Support project rollout and day-to-day running of various client instances within Salesforce.
Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience or knowledge in CRM preferably Salesforce Sales, Service and Experience Cloud.
Extensive experience in analysis, design and development of medium to large, complex CRM systems or similar enterprise applications.
Consulting and implementation experience in translating business requirements to business solutions and customer outcomes.
Executive presentation experience with excellent written and oral communication skills.
The ability to communicate complex procedures to other colleagues and clients.
Proven ability to build, manage and foster team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adjust communication style by audience.
Preferred Qualifications: A proven track record of delivering Salesforce projects in a lead role, preferably in a consulting environment.
Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based environment.
Actively developing their professional network and giving back to the community through participation in user and other groups, events and organizations.
