Working with Experience Cloud Customer Community & Partner Community, Service Cloud & Service Cloud Voice, Sales Cloud, Conga and / or Lightning web componentry, the role has a great mix of learning and impactWhat you'll be doing day-to-dayDevelop and customise Salesforce applications, declaratively and/or ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.Translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews, to ensure continuous improvement and collaboration.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are user-centric and align with business goals.Minimise the cost of ownership by maximising use of configuration-based solutions and/or quality documentationEnsure system stability by supporting a timely response to incidents.What you'll bring to this roleExperience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party applications.Experience working on complex delivery of business requirements in a Salesforce environment, in addition to experience working with UX and Design specialistsProficiency in Agile development methodologies and the ability to contribute to agile maturity across the team.Strong written and verbal communicator, a confident presenter with proven success in business analysis and requirement gathering.Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field and Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., App Builder, Platform Developer I or II).Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Gitlab and Microsoft office products.What We OfferWorking at Vocus will give you rewarding experiences and the opportunity to do extraordinary work.
