As a Salesforce Engineer you will have a focus on replacing existing, aging legacy lending technology, which will simplify the process for business and agri banking. Whilst supporting the business in making operational changes to maximise value from these technology changes. As a member of Lending Business & Agri Service within the Lending Practice, the Salesforce Engineer will work alongside other team members with various stakeholders both in business and within the Lending Practice in supporting initiatives, collecting, and interpreting business needs to understand and define the technical requirements allowing our staff to turn around a loan faster.
As a Salesforce Engineer you'll get to…
Undertake detailed analysis of the technical requirements and support the solution design of outcomes to meet the needs, including documenting specifications
Participate in code reviews, best practices, tracking of changes effectively
Work with technical team to deliver quality outcomes in a timely manner
Identify opportunities for automation, re-use of existing capabilities and removal of inefficient data delivery
Proactively engage with the business and other teams to ensure the solution meets their needs, and aligns with the Lending Practice's Strategy
Be willing to operate in a 'you build, you run' model
Enable the initiatives to meet schedule, business and budget objectives.
What you'll bring to the role
Demonstrable Salesforce and nCino experience, and product knowledge
Good hands-on experience with Copado and DevOps pipeline management in Salesforce
Good hands-on knowledge of Process builder, Flow, Workflows, Approvals, Visual Force Pages, SOQL & SOSL, Data Loader, Lightning Component Framework, Lightning Web Components
Experience implementing and developing in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Java
General web development experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript
Ability to gather requirements and present solutions to stakeholders
