About the role
The role of experienced Salesforce Developer is to assist with the day-to-day running of the Salesforce Org, focusing on design, testing, development, and configuration.
Scope, implement, and support system development for the Salesforce instance and ancillary tools.
Drive and support twice weekly releases as well as various system updates and upgrades.
Develop Salesforce applications & processes such as Partner Portal (Experience Cloud) and Merchant Onboarding.
What you'll own Analyzing highly complex Salesforce project requirements to determine impact and/or change to system architecture.Contributing to Salesforce technical designs and handover documents, as required.Working collaboratively with Salesforce Admin and Architect to ensure that all requirements are documented for system changes (Projects and Features).Implementing, improving, and guiding on Salesforce security best practices.Working with Salesforce Systems analysts to address application performance issues.Demonstrating an understanding of FIS Salesforce system architecture and implementations, as well as Salesforce system architecture standards and best practices.Developing, documenting, and executing technical test plans and protocols to ensure Salesforce architectural changes are working properly.Installing changes or enhancements made to Salesforce system architecture.Ensuring migrated changes are properly implemented and available.Proactively reporting Roadmap, Bug, and BAU Progress to Senior Manager.Proactively determining and resolving potential issues.Handling multiple, highly complex projects from inception to completion.Other related duties as needed. What you bring IT degree or equivalent with 4 years Salesforce Development experience.Salesforce Experience Cloud.Sales & Service Cloud.Changesets & Deployments.Hyperforce exposure.API Development experience.Confluence and JIRA.Strong knowledge of APEX, Visualforce, Flow, Lightning web components.Quality Assurance experience via test plans, report cards, and similar.Good understanding of Salesforce system customization and use of recognized best practices.Working knowledge of business processes in a Salesforce system.Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to utilize judgment in decision-making processes and decisions related to job tasks.Ability to communicate ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner.Ability to understand and apply technical concepts.Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.Flexibility, versatility, and dependability.
