What you do:As a Salesforce Developer, you will collaborate closely with a team to support new initiatives and platform rebuilds within our Salesforce (SFDC) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) environments.
Key Accountabilities: Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.Develop and manage complex workflows, process builders, and flow automations to streamline business processes.Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications using APIs and web services.Customize and configure Salesforce modules to meet specific business needs, including Case Management and Knowledge Management System (KMS).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of the Salesforce platform.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides. What you need:Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including user management, security settings, and data management.Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.Experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs.Knowledge of Salesforce Case Management, Chat, and Knowledge Management System (KMS), Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
