The purpose of the role and your unique contribution is to drive the technical development and delivery of Salesforce solutions within a dynamic scale-up program.
This role requires a balance of technical expertise and collaboration.
You'll provide efficient solutions within Salesforce Core and Marketing Cloud, integrating systems, and fostering a creative and collaborative team environment.
As a Salesforce Developer, you'll create and customise Salesforce applications, including APEX classes and triggers.
You'll improve the platform by developing user interfaces with custom Lightning web components.
You'll look for ways to automate processes, make improvements and ensure data is secure by maintaining Salesforce security features.
Additionally, you'll help with options analysis and develop estimates and test plans for new solutions.
Supporting the development and testing teams with troubleshooting and reviewing testing plans will also be a key part of your role.
This is a permanent full-time position with hybrid working conditions, available at any of our IAG offices across Australia, with a preference for those located in Sydney.
About You To be successful in this role you'll bring with you the following skills and experience:
Experience in Salesforce administration and development, including APEX Controllers and Triggers, Batch processing, Integration, APIs, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce Pages, and Lightning Web Components. Proficiency in Salesforce customization and configuration, with advanced use of Flows and Flow Orchestration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to automation and process improvement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with onshore teams and stakeholders. Certification in Information Technology or Computer Science. Experience with Agile/Lean project management methodologies. Understanding of other Salesforce cloud offerings, preferably Marketing Cloud, Financial Services cloud, etc.
(Desirable) Certified Salesforce Developer and/or Salesforce Admin (Desirable). Understanding of cloud-based platform management and experience with CI/CD tools and practices (Desirable). If you're ready to take on a new challenge and make a difference, we would love to hear from you!
