Your opportunity: Our Digital and Information group have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join their Product Customer Intelligence team! The Customer Experience Product Engineer is responsible for managing, integrating and standardising CRM product and code development to support the enterprise use of Customer Experience applications. This role will see you working in collaboration with the wider Digital & Information Group and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable solutions for experience products. You will be responsible for implementing capability on the Customer Experience platforms using a combination of declarative and custom technologies including flows, triggers, Apex, web components and Experience cloud (CMS & LWR) to enhance the customer and employee experience. About you: Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent Salesforce certification (desirable) Substantial general work experience together with comprehensive job-related experience in own area of expertise to fully competent level. (Over 6 years to 8 years). Deep understanding of Salesforce software development and DevOps Solid experience working in an Agile environment delivering new web components in Salesforce Experience Cloud Proven experience in Salesforce CMS front end design and back-end development (including flows and triggers) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of the Atlassian product suite (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) Providing supervisory guidance, advice to colleagues in your areas of expertise At UU, we celebrate diversity.
