In this role, you will leverage your Salesforce expertise, particularly in Salesforce CPQ , to design, implement, and maintain scalable solutions that enhance sales efficiency and accuracy. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure our CPQ system is optimized to meet the needs of a growing and dynamic business.
Some of the awesome things you'll be involved with: CPQ System Administration : Manage the Salesforce CPQ system, ensuring its smooth operation and continual alignment with business requirements. Solution Design : Partner with business leaders and other stakeholders to understand challenges, propose solutions, and implement enhancements in Salesforce CPQ, improving the overall user experience. Configuration : Customize and configure Salesforce CPQ to optimize quoting, pricing, and product catalog functionalities. Training & Support : Provide guidance and counsel to support the creation of training materials driving effective use of Salesforce CPQ features and maintaining best practices. Integrations : Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce CPQ and other business systems, including ERP and billing platforms. Reporting & Analytics : Develop custom reports and dashboards to monitor system performance and provide actionable insights. Compliance & Best Practices : Ensure all system changes adhere to compliance regulations, internal controls, and Salesforce best practices. Continuous Improvement : Identify areas for process optimization and automation, driving efficiency and productivity gains across the sales cycle. What you will bring: Expertise in Salesforce CPQ : Extensive hands-on experience configuring and managing Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions. Salesforce Certifications : Salesforce Administrator certification is required; CPQ Specialist certification is highly desirable. Solution Design Experience : Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that meet the business's growing demands. Business Acumen : Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals. Communication Skills : Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving alignment. Collaborative Mindset : Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Problem-Solving Skills : An analytical approach with a focus on solving problems pragmatically and effectively.
