Your experience and capability? Extensive experience in Salesforce program and implementation working with internal and external teams (System Integrators)? An analytical mindset. Being able to analyze multiple data sources in an investigative manner is important and provides insights? Enjoy all things data? Tracking and evaluating in a detail-oriented manner and advising the business on what should be reported on for value-add? The ability to make decisions fast. Being able to make actionable recommendations based on data findings will be important? The ability to take the initiative? Tell the business what you need confidently? Experience with collaborative workspaces such as Confluence and Jira? Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent extensive experience? Flexibility to step outside defined role in order to get something done? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical teams? The ability to think outside the box to meet objectives? Enjoy working in a fast-paced agile team environment
