We have an opportunity available for a Scrum Master who is a servant leader of the Agile team and a Scrum team coach for the team members and Product Owner.
Roles and Responsibilities Requirements elaboration and documentation. Actively engage with key business stakeholders/Product Owners for workshops and decompose business requirements into user stories. Well versed with agile delivery methodology. Tools – Jira, Confluence. Telecom domain – BSS-OSS know-how, Telco Consumer Products and Ordering flows. Salesforce skills (Proficient) – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Industries (erstwhile Vlocity).
