Centrally located office Sydney CBD What you'll be doing… As the Salesforce Administrator (Integration), you will manage the integration of key systems, ensuring that Lifeline's fundraising programmes run smoothly. You will be the expert in all things Salesforce, supporting teams and driving fundraising success.
Key Responsibilities: Automate and Integrate : Manage automated integrations using Workato to ensure smooth operations of fundraising programmes. Data Management : Accurately record and analyse fundraising activities in the CRM. Tech Expert : Work with fundraising and database managers to design and implement processes that streamline data management. Salesforce Administration : Manage user accounts, renew licenses, and configure, modify and integrate the CRM to meet Lifeline's needs. Data Quality Lover : Develop quality control measures to ensure accurate, up-to-date, and secure data. First-Level Support : Provide support to the fundraising team, helping them maximise their use of Salesforce. Requirements: 5+ years in Salesforce administration, including the ability to configuration, modification, integration and automation experience. Proven ability to manage technical projects and collaborate with key stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and experience with process improvement. Rights to work in Australia.
