You will be the expert in all things Salesforce, supporting teams and driving fundraising success.
Key Responsibilities: Automate and Integrate: Manage automated integrations using Workato to ensure smooth operations of fundraising programmes.Data Management: Accurately record and analyse fundraising activities in the CRM.Tech Expert: Work with fundraising and database managers to design and implement processes that streamline data management.Salesforce Administration: Manage user accounts, renew licenses, and configure, modify and integrate the CRM to meet Lifeline's needs.Data Quality Lover: Develop quality control measures to ensure accurate, up-to-date, and secure data.First-Level Support: Provide support to the fundraising team, helping them maximise their use of Salesforce.Requirements: 5+ years in Salesforce administration, including the ability to configuration, modification, integration and automation experience.Proven ability to manage technical projects and collaborate with key stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and experience with process improvement.Rights to work in Australia.Current National Police Record Check.How to Apply… Ready to be a Salesforce tech hero for Lifeline Australia?
