As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting and managing the Salesforce platform, ensuring its smooth operation and alignment with business needs. You will work closely with the core Salesforce team—comprising Analysts, Functional Developers, Product Managers, and Technical Product Managers—to drive continuous improvement and facilitate change initiatives. Your responsibilities will include managing support cases, boosting system adoption, and supporting critical business processes.

A day in the life... Provide first-line support for Salesforce issues, resolving queries via cases or emails.Administer user accounts, permissions, and system configurations to ensure security and optimisation.Perform routine maintenance tasks, including data checks, system audits, and updates.Manage support cases, ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAs and tracking performance.Collaborate with Business Integration Managers, CSM, and other stakeholders to align Salesforce support with business needs.Develop and deliver training sessions for users on platform capabilities and best practices.Contribute to process optimisation by identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements.Assist with business analysis, solution design, and Salesforce deployment activities as needed.Track and report on key metrics such as adoption rates, support performance, and SLA adherence.Maintain documentation, create knowledge base articles, and advocate for user needs in platform improvements.Who you are... 3+ years of configuration experience with Salesforce.com, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud.Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certification preferred.Familiarity with business system processes and integrated applications.Operational understanding of the travel industry desirable.Standard office hours, with potential for after-hours work due to global nature.We value you Flight Centre Travel Group is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace that supports your unique identity to create better, safer experiences for everyone.
