Salesforce Administrator * Salary: $95,102 to $107,905 (Plus Superannuation) * Fixed term until 8 December 2025 * Usual hours of work: Full time (flexibility may be available) * Usual work location: 1 Spring Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 (flexibility may be available) The Role Reporting to the Technical Lead, the Salesforce Administrator will be part of the Salesforce Support team which provides Salesforce support to the Department for the delivery of government industry, disaster response and recovery programs.
As part of a multidisciplinary Salesforce Support team that embraces iterative, agile software delivery and regular release cadence, your expertise and experience working with the Salesforce Sales Cloud stack and engaging diverse stakeholders across large, complex organisations will be valued.
You will bring to the role, specific experience and specialist expertise.
The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: * Providing end user support within multiple customised Salesforce instances with 1700+ users * Managing the Case queues within Service Cloud to action and resolve support requests * Becoming skilled with the Department's in-house Form Building activity.
The Team The position of Salesforce Administrator forms a part of the Information Services (IS) branch within the Corporate Services group.
Information Services (IS) oversees the delivery of ICT-related investments and services to DJSIR.
IS engages with the organisation to ensure ICT systems and services are appropriately designed, governed, and delivered.
IS offers a range of end-user focused systems and services to the organisation both directly and through third-party providers and provides governance and assurance for systems and services delivered by other groups and agencies within.
The DJSIR service environment includes supporting around 5,000 desktops, 3,000 smartphones/mobile devices across over 85 business sites (inclusive of near 20 international sites).
Our team consists of around 80 staff, located within the CBD, metropolitan and regional locations.
About You As the successful candidate, you will have: * Demonstrated aptitude and skill as an IT Administrator * A good understanding of system access and security models * Knowledge of the software development life cycle and change management in an agile environment.
