Job Description We're seeking a highly collaborative and self-motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team.
You'll be instrumental in solving business problems through customising the Salesforce Platform, delivering business value by building, configuring, and automating technology solutions.
Most importantly, you'll enable users to get the most out of Salesforce technology.
Here's a glimpse into your day-to-day: Provide daily Salesforce support including enhancements, maintenance, data updates, and end user support.
Collaborate with various teams to achieve expected outcomes, owning problem-solving and effective issue resolution.
Contribute actively to Salesforce configuration and administration discussions.
Advocate for positive change and best practice in Salesforce, taking ownership of the implementation process.
Assist stakeholders in understanding and creating requirements.
Research functionality enhancements to boost business capabilities.
Contribute to incident management, process evaluation, and improvement.
Pursue professional improvement through Salesforce certificates, trailheads, and super badges.
Support other Salesforce Administrators and developers with best practices and utilisation of Salesforce.
If you're ready to make an impact, here's what we're looking for: Demonstrated experience in supporting Salesforce in an enterprise environment.
Proven ability to understand business needs and translate requirements into system functionality.
Ability to learn and use Git as our version control software for interacting with Salesforce.
Comfortable with data manipulation tools such as Excel.
Proficient in complex Salesforce data loading activities.
Capability in reading and writing SOQL queries.
Confidence in working with Salesforce automations (Flows).
