THE ROLE Our continued success is underpinned by best in class internal systems, requiring the skills of an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our Team in Australia. You'll play a critical part in our continued growth by enriching the quality of our Salesforce CRM and will oversee the configuration, management, and optimisation of our Salesforce environment across the APAC region for PageUp group.
With a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a passion for improving business processes through technology, you will work closely with our teams to upskill and ensure our Salesforce platform continues to drive our success.
Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain Salesforce, including user management, security settings, and data integrity. Continue our journey in hitting 100% automation of key processes. Improve the capture and management of commercial Agreements in Salesforce. Regular system Health check runs and Release patch updates. Troubleshooting and solving any issues within Salesforce. Maintain/optimise Salesforce and collaborate across functional lines to interface with other automation tools (e.g. ZoomInfo, Account Engagement, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Mulesoft Composer, Outreach, DocuSign) to streamline data capture, processes, insights and reporting. Design and maintain approval workflows, workflows, flows and process builders. Customise Salesforce to fit business requirements by creating and managing objects, fields, workflows, reports, dashboards, and process automation. Overseeing the review of (old) processes, retire and update all legacy fields, dashboards and end of life data. Provide technical support and training to end-users, addressing any issues or questions related to Salesforce functionality. Oversee data import/export processes, perform data cleansing, and ensure data quality and accuracy. Create and maintain detailed documentation of Salesforce configurations, processes, and procedures. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and customisation. Salesforce Administrator Certification is essential. Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports. Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL queries. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
