Discover it for yourself: https://youtu.be/F7uAqs1gtuk Overview of Position In this influential role you'll be responsible for collecting and analysing data related to the company's sales performance and providing insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and efforts. You'll work closely with the sales team and other stakeholders to identify trends, forecast future sales, and optimise sales processes. You will also ensure that at all times our Salesforce platform is able to support the objectives of the business and that our key stakeholders have the data needed to support their decision-making processes. This person will become the primary SME of the Salesforce platform within the company.
\n Role ResponsibilitiesAct as a data custodian ensuring data is accurate, secure and accessible for analysis and optimisation. Work with various teams to drive data enrichmentOwnership of customised Salesforce sub-systems - Quote, Lead Management and CRM-Analytics (Revenue Intelligence)Salesforce   configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reportsContinuous improvement of our Salesforce platform, identifying opportunities, supporting the design of scalable best practice solutionsDesign and create reports and implement reporting tools to assist the executive team and other business units in their decision making, producing and maintaining business reports and presenting meaningful data to the businessWork closely with key stakeholders (CEO, CRO, Head of Sales, Marketing, etc) to deliver intelligence from within the Salesforce platform in support of their roles and objectivesSupport the education and training of the Sales Team in the effective use of the Salesforce platformDevelop dashboards and management reporting needed to inform GTM leadership, Finance and the Advanced Navigation BoardProvide the business with insights based on detailed analysis of the data within Salesforce. Qualifications, Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, economics, or data analytics3+ years of experience as a lead Salesforce admin, sales or data analyst role2+ years in BI space and demonstrated capability as a Data/Business AnalystExperience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or similar is a mustStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency with data visualisation and presentation tools, such as Tableau and PowerPointExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSalesforce Administrator Certification required
