Reporting to the Salesforce Manager this role will see you responsible for maintenance our Salesforce.com instance.
The administrator will work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes, including improving core program business processes.Your responsibilities will include:Work with our stakeholders to establish suitable operational and release processes to support administrative, development, and change management activitiesServe as a primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with +100 users.Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams.Contribute as a Salesforce SME for the execution of the Salesforce project for Sedgwick AUWork independently with members of the user community to define and scrutinise the size (cost) of proposed future development requirements.Ideally you will possess:Minimum three years of experience in stakeholder engagement as a Salesforce.com administrator with Sales Cloud, Service CloudProven ability in both stakeholder management and technical expertiseStrong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexitySalesforce administration certifications preferredSedgwick is a leading global provider of technology-enabled risk, benefits, and integrated business solutions.
