Job Description Please note this position can also be based in and around Adelaide. This is an exciting opportunity to join Hyundai Capital Australia (HCAU) during our foundational stages! HCAU is currently the consulting entity of Hyundai Capital Services Korea within Australia. We're in the process of establishing a subsidiary in Australia to provide captive-finance services to Hyundai Motor Group (HMG). HMG is Korea's 2nd largest conglomerate focusing on automobiles, auto parts, finance and more.
Hyundai Capital is the financial arm of HMG and the primary goal of its overseas branches is to increase vehicle sales by providing a full spectrum of financial services. We're currently seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to join our team to assist with the development and delivery of HCAU's training initiatives within the Regional Sales team in the Central & Western Regions. In this role, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing and delivering training programs in conjunction with the sales team to drive performance improvement. These programs will be aimed at enhancing the capabilities of the finance and sales departments within our dealership network. You will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to identify training needs and design and deliver training material to address those needs.
What you'll do: Plan, implement and deliver training plans and programs effectively and efficiently using all available methods, including face to face and virtual. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement training strategies and programs tailored to the needs of the Dealership Network to drive and deliver dealership results. Monitor and evaluate the performance and progress of dealership results, providing coaching and feedback. Contribute to the development of training materials based off 'Training Needs Analysis'. Utilize innovative training techniques and technologies to enhance the effectiveness of training delivery. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations and foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization. All other duties and ad hoc analysis as assigned, including the delivery of ad hoc reporting/data as required. Minimum Requirements: Ideally 3+ years of related training and assessment management experience. Experience in automotive sales and/or automotive financing is preferred. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or marketing or combination of comparable education and/or experience. Certificate IV Training & Assessment is preferred. Excellent Microsoft Office Suite user with strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. Experience in training facilitation and program implementation. Ability to present to various group sizes.
