Are you a high-performing sales or business development professional looking for a long-term career change? We're growing our consulting team and are seeking a self-driven, commercially minded individual who is ready to transition into a consulting/advisory role and values being part of a close-knit, ego-free team.
We'll help you leverage your sales experience in a new industry, offering guidance and support as you navigate this shift.
You'll have the chance to learn from experienced consultants and gain valuable industry knowledge, but your success will hinge on your initiative and commitment.
Supported by a collaborative and encouraging team eager to share their expertise, you'll start by driving business growth through securing client meetings and creating opportunities.
As you progress, you'll gradually take on more responsibility in advising clients on their commercial real estate strategies.
This role is designed to grow with you, offering a clear path from sales to a rewarding career in tenant representation.
WHAT IS A TENANT REPRESENTATIVE? A Tenant Representative is a professional dedicated to serving the interests of commercial tenants.
Unlike traditional real estate agents who often represent landlords, Tenant Reps are exclusively committed to advocating for tenants throughout the leasing process.
Their role is to ensure that businesses secure the right premises under the most favorable terms, free from conflicts of interest.
Operating independently, without affiliation to any landlord, agency, or property portfolio, they explore all market options—including off-market, assignment, and sublease opportunities—offering recommendations that align with the tenant's unique needs, business goals, and budget constraints.
JOB SUMMARY As a Tenant Representative/Consultant, you'll serve as a strategic business partner to our clients, crafting and executing tailored commercial real estate strategies to address their unique challenges.
Anticipate diversity at every turn—from project types and client industries to collaborating with different consultants on the team.
No two projects will be the same.
As part of our team, you'll experience the entire client journey.
When you're not immersed in projects, you'll be driving business growth by identifying prospects, nurturing valuable connections, and turning them into exciting opportunities for execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES As a Tenant Representative/Consultant, you'll be responsible for both Business Development and Project Delivery.
Initially, your role will be focused more heavily on BD, using your networks and our database to secure meetings and opportunities.
As you progress, you'll gradually take on more responsibility in advising clients on their commercial real estate strategies.
This role is designed to grow with you, offering a clear path from sales to a rewarding career in tenant representation.
