The Opportunity:
We're on the lookout for Two experienced and driven Territory Sales Managers to join our Queensland State team, covering the Brisbane CBD and greater Brisbane areas with a base in Yatala. In this hands-on role, you'll be out on the road daily, servicing an existing customer base while also seeking new business opportunities. This is an exciting time to join our business with huge growth opportunities across these geographical areas.
These positions will be based out of Brisbane or surrounding suburbs. It will include 10 nights of country travel over 42 nights (6-week call cycle) from a customised vendor refill van.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with customers, store managers, and area managers. Achieve sales budgets with best-in-class execution across our product range. Manage and deliver customer orders through our fully customized vendor refill van. Promote new product ranges, including in-person sample presentations. Execute high standards of merchandising across all stores. Follow up on customer inquiries related to pricing, products, and account issues. What's On Offer:

Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Sales fundamental skills, including effective presentation, rapport-building, and needs analysis. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently. High attention to detail in merchandising and presentation. A passion for travel and driving long distances. Prior experience as a Territory Sales Manager. Full Australian driver's license with comfort driving a commercial van. Ready to Apply?
