You are a natural leader, using your interpersonal skills to bring a team together and are passionate about working with customers to understand their needs.
As a Sales Team Leader, you will: Deliver a high level of customer service both personally and within the team Develop a comprehensive understanding of product knowledge, best sellers, product features, and benefits within the team Coach, mentor, and develop team members, ensuring correct company procedures are followed Ensure visual presentation, merchandising, and stock management meet company standards Manage customs compliance requirements both personally and within the team Work collaboratively with other Team Leaders to innovate and deliver initiatives related to our people, customers, and KPI targets Provide accurate payment and cash handling in line with company policies and procedures What you should bring along: Previous experience in leading a large team, preferably within retail Immaculate personal presentation Multi-lingual advantageous, but not essential The ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in categories such as Perfumes & Cosmetics, Fashion & Accessories, and Liquor At Heinemann, we offer a great working environment with plenty of perks!
