Add expected salary to your profile for insightsThe Desygner Group is a technology company that began as a daring start-up, and has expanded globally to over 40 million users with its innovative, AI-driven ability to create, distribute and control marketing assets for companies of all sizes with ease.Based on the Gold Coast, this exciting role will focus on The WeBrand platform, which empowers marketing teams in mid-size and large businesses globally to create, distribute and control marketing assets with ease - dramatically reducing costs, improving localisation and brand compliance, and increasing revenue potential.With big logos already onboard including Oracle, Keller Williams, Emerson and more, now is the perfect time to join us as we scale rapidly globally.About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced sales team leader to drive growth and lead our B2B SaaS sales efforts for We Brand, a world leading brand management, content distribution and localisation platform used by millions.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and training & motivating a team of Business Development Managers (BDM's) to do the same.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will be an integral part of the We Brand growth team focusing on mid-market and enterprise accounts globally. You'll be responsible for:Leading and mentoring our BDM teamRecruiting, training and activating new BDM's as we growDeveloping and implementing sales strategies and tacticsAchieving quarterly & annual sales targets (net-new business)Collaborating with marketing to align lead generation campaignsAnalysing sales data and market trends to inform decision-makingReporting and tracking activity, pipeline forecasts and revenueContributing to product development based on market insightsQualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with 2+ years in a mentoring or leadership roleProven ability to exceed sales targets and grow revenueStrong understanding of B2B sales processes and CRM systemsExcellent communication and presentation skillsExperience with sales forecasting and pipeline managementExperience in the martech space an advantageWhat We Offer- Competitive base salary plus uncapped OTE.- Equity component- Collaborative and innovative work environment- Based in our Gold Coast office.If you're passionate about B2B SaaS sales and ready to lead a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!
