About the Role We're seeking an experienced sales team leader to drive growth and lead our B2B SaaS sales efforts for We Brand, a world leading brand management, content distribution and localisation platform used by millions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and training & motivating a team of Business Development Managers (BDM's) to do the same.
Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will be an integral part of the We Brand growth team focusing on mid-market and enterprise accounts globally. 
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading and mentoring our BDM team
- Recruiting, training and activating new BDM's as we grow
- Developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics
- Achieving quarterly & annual sales targets (net-new business)
- Collaborating with marketing to align lead generation campaigns
- Analysing sales data and market trends to inform decision-making
- Reporting and tracking activity, pipeline forecasts and revenue
- Contribute to product development based on market insights
Qualifications The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with 2+ years in a mentoring or leadership role
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and grow revenue
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Experience in the martech space an advantage
