About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Beaumont Tiles. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading by example, setting standards, and coaching to motivate the team to success.
Your leadership will naturally inspire the team and generate interest and excitement for Beaumont Tiles customers, providing the store with an outstanding "experience" every time.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and overall success for the store.Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.Manage sales processes, performance, and accountability to ensure seamless operations.Collaborate with the Franchise Owners to achieve business objectives and support the team in achieving their goals.RequirementsProven experience in sales management or leadership roles, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Strong product knowledge of tiles and bathroomware, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with the team and customers.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.About Beaumont TilesBeaumont Tiles is Australia's biggest retailer of tiles and bathroom ware, with over 110 outlets across most states.
