We're looking for a Sales Team Lead to drive new sales growth and lead a high-performing team. In this role, you will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to exceed sales targets while fostering a positive, results-driven culture. You will work closely with the team to set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and ensure alignment with overall sales strategies.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, a passion for coaching, and a strong ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve success in a competitive sales environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Development: Mentor and guide team members on sales strategies, negotiation, and relationship-building.
