About the Role:
As the Sales Team Administrator at FarmaForce, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and top-tier service across our teams and stakeholders.
From supporting Sales Management and Representatives to collaborating with Third-Party Suppliers, Commercial Clients, and key stakeholders within the Arrotex environment, you'll be at the heart of our mission to achieve outstanding sales and business outcomes.
This role goes beyond administration – it's about driving efficiency and excellence.
You'll help implement innovative strategies and tactics designed by our leadership and commercial partners, all while maintaining processes that uphold the highest corporate and industry standards.

Role & Responsibilities: Serve as the central point of contact for sales team enquiries and support logistics.Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including IT device requests and resource distribution.Oversee expense reporting, corporate card applications, and representative licensing.Maintain Farmaforce SharePoint content, team contact lists, and consistent branding in materials.Handle general administrative duties, such as managing inboxes, booking meetings, and responding to queries.Support Veeva operations, including creating surveys, generating reports, and responding to user enquiries.Produce ad-hoc reports for commercial partners and ensure data accuracy.Skills & Experience: Time managementHigh attention to detailAdvanced written and verbal communication skillsRelationship managementArticulate and concise communicatorHigh level of initiativeBenefits & Perks:
