The Team The Sales Operations team plays a meaningful role in supporting the revenue growth at Canva by optimizing operational efficiency. The team aligns our go-to-market efforts across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing and ensures those teams have the vital tools, processes, and data to optimally collaborate and achieve revenue targets.
What you'll do (responsibilities) Support SFDC administration tasks, including user management, data maintenance, and system updates. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system. Prepare and maintain sales forecasts, analyzing trends and providing insights to support decision-making. Develop and deliver day-to-day reporting needs for sales leadership, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators. Provide technical support for sales systems and tools, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal usage. Collaborate with IT and vendor partners to implement system enhancements and integrations. Assist in the compensation plan run, ensuring timely and accurate processing of commissions. Support the quota setting process by analyzing historical data and sales performance. Work closely with sales, finance, and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize processes. Assist in the development of training materials and documentation for sales systems. Manage current tech stack: SFDC, Gong (Call Intelligence, Forecast, Engage), Ironclad. What we're looking for 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Operations / Systems admin role. Strong proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel). Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. What's in it for you?
