Sales Support Specialist

Working with an Automotive organisation based in Mulgrave, we are looking for a sales support specialist to join the team on a 6-month contract.
This role would suit someone who has experience in sales and wants to support a sales team or a person who has experience working in the Automotive industry.
The role: Dealing with dealers, sales staff, and dealerships to handle any queries about the sales process.Use of database and internal portals.Communication with internal stakeholders via telephone, email, and internal communication channels.Troubleshooting within reason or escalating any issues (not conflict management).The successful candidate: Will have a background in automotive or sales and understand a sales process.Will have excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal.Have good computer skills and be able to pick up new systems and databases.Be able to think outside the box and use initiative in their role.High attention to detail and accuracy.The company: 6-month contract.Competitive hourly rate.The successful candidate will need to have their own vehicle as it's not close to public transport; parking is available onsite.2 weeks off over the Christmas period.Hybrid working model after the initial training period available.Ideally looking at candidates that are immediately available or available on a short notice period.If this role sounds of interest, please apply today as we will be reviewing applications as they are submitted.
