Sales Support Specialist

About the Role In this position, you'll play an integral part in supporting sales operations, processing orders, managing customer inquiries, and working closely with the sales team and the General Manager. Processing sales orders, delivery notes, and tax invoicesProviding customer service via phone and emailSupporting sales representatives with accurate data entry and reportingAssisting with quotes and general sales administrationManaging daily KPI reports and clearing bank feedsContributing to the efficient operation of the sales processFollowing up on sales leadsMaking calls to prospective clients to book appointments for Sales repsAbout You 2 - 5 years Minimum experience in admin, sales support or customer serviceStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasksFamiliarity with CRM systems (experience with SAASU is an advantage)High attention to detail and accuracy in data entryExcellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetA strong fit with a purpose driven, family-oriented work cultureWhat's in it for You?
