About the Role
In this position, you'll play an integral part in supporting sales operations, processing orders, managing customer inquiries, and working closely with the sales team and the General Manager.

Processing sales orders, delivery notes, and tax invoices Providing customer service via phone and email Supporting sales representatives with accurate data entry and reporting Assisting with quotes and general sales administration Managing daily KPI reports and clearing bank feeds Contributing to the efficient operation of the sales process Following up on sales leads Making calls to prospective clients to book appointments for Sales reps About You
2 - 5 years Minimum experience in admin, sales support or customer service Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with SAASU is an advantage) High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset A strong fit with a purpose driven, family-oriented work culture What's in it for You?
