About the Role: Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Support Specialist to support sales agents and customers through the complete sales process-from initial lead to final delivery and follow-up.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring sales targets are met by facilitating smooth transactions and enhancing the customer experience.
You will support Retail Business Development Managers, address customer and agent queries, and help document and refine sales processes.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor customer vehicle orders, ensuring accurate document checks, confirmations, and invoicing.
Provide comprehensive support throughout the transaction process, including handling contracts, deposits, amendments, and invoicing.
Assist agents with system issues, coordinating with IT support when needed.
Audit and manage deal packs to ensure all documentation aligns with contracts and invoices.
Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 2 years in a sales role or automotive industry experience.
Knowledge of wholesale and retail automotive markets.
Degree in Business or similar is preferred.
Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Confident, assertive, and able to handle complex queries independently.
