About this opportunityWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Officer to join our team.
Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, ANZ, in this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the sales team, acting as a key link between sales and support functions to ensure seamless operations.
You will be responsible for managing tasks, maintaining sales systems, preparing reports, and coordinating across departments to drive efficiency and support the team's success.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong grasp of CRM systems, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
In this role, you will…Sales Team SupportDaily Support: Provide day-to-day support to the sales team, addressing inquiries, preparing resources, and troubleshooting issues to ensure they can focus on achieving sales goals.Sales Documentation: Prepare, organize, and manage sales-related documents (e.g., quotes, contracts, proposals) to streamline the sales process and ensure accuracy.Assist with scheduling sales meetings, coordinating agendas, and following up on action items, ensuring effective time management for the sales team.Ensure all territory-related matters are correct, working closely with key stakeholders on continuous improvement frameworks.Cross Function CollaborationInternal Coordination: Act as a point of contact between sales and other departments (e.g., Clinical, Finance, Marketing, Customer Support) to align on activities, resolve issues, and streamline workflows.Order Processing & Fulfillment: Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to oversee order processing, shipment tracking, and timely delivery, ensuring a positive customer experience.Customer Support & Feedback: Coordinate with the customer support team to address customer inquiries related to sales and resolve issues efficiently.Adhere to company policies and SOPs to ensure compliance including but not limited to promotional activity, credit procedures, interactions with healthcare professionals' guidelines, and travel & expense policies.Work closely with the regional sales effectiveness team on ensuring local WoW and task execution.System and Database ManagementCRM Administration: Maintain and update customer and sales data in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records for reporting and analysis.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize CRM and sales processes, making recommendations for improvements and supporting implementation.Systems Training: Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team on CRM and other internal systems, ensuring effective usage and compliance.In this role, you'll need …The Sales Support Officer normally works within regular business hours although should expect some evening and weekend work plus minor travel and overnight stays dependent on geography and business requirements.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEExceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage various priorities.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and a high degree of comfort with data entry, reporting, and system administration.Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and create reports that support decision-making for the sales team.Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to supporting both the sales team and client needs.Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize workload in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a high level of time management skills.Pride in excelling and self-directed individual.Digital savviness, working proficiently across MS Office suite and CRM tools.Full, clean driving license.Sound like a good fit?Great!
