Overall, you will be supporting the business operationally to meet merchant needs and grow sales as a key point of contact for merchant enquiries, service and sales related tasks. This is a full-time role, based in our Adelaide CBD office.What Does An Average Day Look Like?No day isaverageathummbut here's an idea of what you can expect to do in this role:Responding to inbound calls/emails from current merchant partners in relation to the humm product and other services provided byhumm;Managing merchant queries and first call resolution;Set up new retailers in our systems & maintain information for our existing retailer data baseSet up and update Promotions and Campaigns as directed by the businessLiaising and working closely with other departments to reach the required outcomeWho will thrive in this role?You have a strong customer focus and love building relationships, with the desire to make a difference in every interaction.This is a fast-paced role in a varied working environment that will give you the opportunity to build the foundations for a career in sales and account management.
