Your position as a Sales Support Officer: The Sales Support Officer plays a key role in ensuring consistency with internal processes and delivering exceptional service in line with the organisation's values.
Key responsibilities include: Providing administrative support to the sales team, including accurately processing quotes and orders, as well as upselling and cross-selling products.
Managing inbound calls, general inquiries, and orders from both new and existing customers, with the ability to effectively resolve complex issues through problem-solving.
Demonstrating initiative and contributing positively to the business culture and various internal departments.
