Elders Insurance Upper Hunter is continuing to grow! We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time Sales Support role to join our team in Singleton. The role is responsible for: Providing administrative support to the team so that their clients are well supported, while also ensuring reception is adequately covered.Building and maintaining effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.Maintaining the integrity of data to ensure accurate reporting and policy processing.Providing accounts support, including cash handling and reconciliation.Outstanding time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and remain focused under pressure.Ideally, we are looking for someone who has: Experience working within the insurance industry is desirable but not essential. We will show you the ropes.A background in customer service.Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative to get the job done.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to establish and maintain lasting relationships with our clients and team.Tier 1 & 2 accreditation in general insurance is desirable but not essential.If not already held, a willingness to obtain Tier 1 & Tier 2 accreditation in Australian Financial Services Reform Act 2001 (FSRA) Insurance at no cost to you.What is in it for you?
