Great Northern Rural Services has been in operation for 30 years and has recently become a joint venture partner with Nutrien Ag Solutions. Our team are experts in a range of different farming areas, including animal health, crop production, general merchandise, horticulture & water transfer. About the Opportunities: You will focus on developing strong customer relationships and provide a memorable experience for all customers either in store or over the telephone whilst: Performing branch administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting & expenses. Maintaining our customer accounts and identifying opportunities. Assist customers with pricing and product queries. Processing counter sales and assisting our broader sales team. Maintaining safety processes within the branch. What we'll love about you: To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment and have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture. In addition, you will demonstrate: A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills. Excellent attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communications skills. Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly. Ability to identify ways to improve internal processes. Current driver's license. Forklift licence or willing to obtain. Excellent computer skills including experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook & the ability to learn new systems quickly. Why work for us?
