Position Opening:We are excited to announce an opening in our Sales Support team at our Townsville head office. This role is instrumental in reinforcing our Sales Support unit, ensuring the seamless functioning of our sales team.
Role Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Sales Operations Manager and team, inclusive of 10 Business Development Representatives (BDRs).Play a crucial role in achieving sales objectives while delivering top-tier service to clients.Key tasks include administrative support, handling sales inquiries, preparing sales proposals, contracts, mass marketing emails, and supporting the Sales Support Team.General administrative duties for the BDRs and distribution of daily updates are also integral to the role.Meet and exceed both internal and external customer expectations, completing tasks within deadlines, and adapting to a dynamic work environment.Candidate Profile:An ideal candidate is detail-oriented, positive, and exhibits initiative and proactive thinking. Essential skills include high attention to detail, superior communication abilities, proficiency in MS Office, exceptional phone skills, and a proactive approach. Previous administration or office experience, preferably in a Sales context, is desirable. Candidates should possess a positive attitude and the capability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
