We navigate public and private water complexities from a broad knowledge base backed by 30 years of experience.The Role:We are looking for someone who is wanting to join a company that is at the forefront of its industry, whose growth will provide you the opportunity to further your career in a rewarding environment.You will be working within an existing established team and as such will have full support and training.The focus of this role is to support the Business Development Director and Business Development Managers in all aspects of client relations with the aims of supporting and expanding our existing client base.The below will be a part of the day to day in this position:Make daily outbound phone calls in relation to production projects, quote follow-ups, tenders, etc.Working closely with teams to plan and organise face-to-face meetings and travel arrangements.Working closely with Production and Projects Teams including processing sales orders, processing new opportunities, and processing meetings & action items post meetings.Database management, ensuring opportunities are recorded accurately.Assisting sales staff with general sales support.Downloading relevant tenders and addendums as requested.Answering incoming calls and transferring them to the relevant person.What we are looking for:Previous Experience: Ideally, you will have worked within a customer servicing position for no less than 2 and a half years.
