What you'll be doing The Sales Support candidate provides support to our ever-growing list of clients in the mid-market and education sectors. This is an exciting and fast-paced role that focuses on managing client's, internal stakeholders day-to-day enquiries, orders, quotes and projects, and works closely with sales and vendor partners to generate hardware sales and maintain renewals.
Responsibilities are but not limited to:
• Assist customers and Account Executives with:
Creating quotes through ConnectWise
ETA's on orders
• Liaise with distributors (and sometimes vendors) to obtain pricing
• Administrative tasks (create opportunities, close lost request on NetSuite, checking there's no discrepancies in Cirrus quotes and customer's POs when processing)
• Process orders / PO's from customers
• Assist with compliance and client reporting
• Enter renewal information on Netsuite to create reminders
• Action internal L&M reminders and proactive quotes sent from distis:
Liaise with disti and vendors to obtain pricing of customers' renewal at 90 days reminder
Send quotes to customers and Account Executives
Send out reminders to AE/customers to follow up on renewal (every 60, 30 and 10 days)
•   Liaise with distis/vendors and discuss renewal upgrades if any for customers to consider
Working conditions Can be based either WA, NSW or VIC
