About the role Magain Real Estate is seeking a talented Sales Support to join our dynamic team in Morphett Vale, SA. This full-time role will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and sales support to our real estate agents, ensuring the smooth running of our office operations. What you'll be doing Provide comprehensive administrative support to the real estate sales team, including diary management, client correspondence, and document preparationAssist with the coordination of property inspections, auctions, and other sales activitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date client and property records in our real estate softwareLiaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless sales experienceSupport the marketing of properties through the creation of flyers, social media posts, and other promotional materialsContribute to the ongoing improvement of office procedures and processesWhat we're looking for Experience is preferred in a similar sales support or administrative role, preferably within the real estate industryStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressureExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approachProficient in the use of real estate software, Microsoft Office, and other digital toolsA keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindsetA positive attitude and a collaborative team playerWhat we offer At Magain Real Estate, we are dedicated to creating a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
